ср. RU в России лицо, которое приобрело (самостоятельно или совместно со своими аффилированными лицами) 30 или более % акций компании обязано предложить акционерам продать ему принадлежащие им обыкновенные акции по рыночной цене не ниже средневзвешенной цены за последние 6 месяцев
